Bixby Spring Festival
Hey Everyone.
I am as nervous as, as a uhh... well I'm just nervous!
It is possible.... 80% possible that my band, "4 for Him" will be playing at the Bixby, Ok Spring Festival in June. Ugh.... So much practicing and yet, very little time! if it happens you can be assured pictures will be taken! My mother will have a camera in her hand lol.
Yeah well Mom gave me five minutes to post before I go to bed.
We will have so much work to do, getting everything ready!
Oh my goodness. lol.
I've decided I want to learn to play the violin.
I told momma and she thought it would be so cool!
So now all I need... is .... a ..... VIOLIN! hahaha.
Okay well I have to go. I'm going to fall asleep sitting here.
Do keep praying for my family and I. Doors are opening up, lets just pray that they stay open long enough for us to walk in.

Orientation - Central Technical Institute - Drumright, Oklahoma
Hey Everyone!
You'll never guess what happened at orientation! lOl.
Well first lets start out with this.
1. I took the test.
2. Open house was scheduled.
3. Open House was canceled due to the roads being covered in snow.
4. I wait an entire month to retake the test to higher up my grades a little more.
5. Finally the day comes around to take the test and now they tell me that I have to take a different test because the test being taken that day, I had already taken. So I have to schedule another time to take the different kind of test.
6. By this point I'm really upset, to the point I'm ready to cry. So I called momma. Told her everything, and asked her to come and get me.
7. Chet, the guy who decides who gets into what class see's me, comes out, sits down in front of me, and tells me I got in, and that I don't have to retake the test.
8. Some time passes and I'm waiting for my letter. It comes in the mail telling me what I already knew. I GOT IN! THEN! It says orientation April 27, 2006.
9. So this day finally comes around. It started at 5:00 pm. We are all anxcious to go.
So we leave finally for it. We get there......... are you ready for this????

ALL THE LIGHTS ARE OUT DUE TO AN APPARENT OUTAGE!
THAT HAD BEEN OUT SINCE NOON! THEY CALLED ALL THE PUBLIC SCHOOLS BUT HAD NO WAY OF REACHING ANY OF THE ADULTS OR HOMESCHOOLERS! SO ALL THESE PEOPLE ARE SHOWING UP. WALKING INSIDE THE BUILDING WHILE ITS PITCH BLACK!
THEN WE SEE PEOPLE WALKING AROUND WITH FLASHLIGHTS SO WE SIT DOWN AND WAIT FOR THEM TO SEE US ALL. THEY TELL US THEY WILL PROBABLY JUST RESCHEDULE.
HAHAHAHA.... That was orientation for me. =)
But Grace asked me to tell about it... so I did. lol.
--------------------------------------ON ANOTHER NOTE-------------------------------------
Mom applied for a job at the bank. And if she gets the job, then we are going to go ahead and move into a place. We are looking at moving into an apartment. You pay rent based on your income. And they have up to four bedrooms!
So I'm hoping and praying that mom gets this job, because we are all so sick of living with Grandma. Love her to death, but I'm going to lose the mind I do have left! AHHHHH!
Not to mention I really want a bedroom of my own before I start School in the fall.
*sigh*
So hows everyone else doing lately? =)
Grace: I'm so glad you got the socks. I couldn't help but get green! Thats like the coolest color in the world! Green to me, stands out in the store! lol. And now its fall and green is coming out alot!
If only I had money... hehehe.
